How to make Green Tea with Tea bag


It's the most easiest way of preparing Green Tea and the best part is, you can make it anywhere you just need a mug, some hot water and tea bag.

  1. Start with boiling fresh water in a container.
  2. Place a tea bag in a cup or mug.
  3. Bring water to boil, remove from heat  and let it cool for a few seconds, then pour over your tea bag placed in the cup.
  4. Steep green tea for only a minute or two. (Oversteeping will result in a bitter taste).
  5. Remove the tea bag and enjoy your tea.

How to make Green Tea with Leaves


The process of preparing green tea with leaves is very different from how we make regular tea at home. The tea leaves should not be brewed for more than two to three minutes and the water should not be very hot otherwise the tea will taste bitter.


  1. Take a cup of water in a container and heat it till it boils.
  2. Take a strainer  and put 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves in it.
  3. Pour hot water into the cup through the strainer. 
  4. Pour till the cup is filled and the bottom part of strainer is dipped in water.
  5. Take the strainer away in 2-3 minutes.
  6. Enjoy your Tea

Iced Green Tea is very refreshing and a great recipe for summers.

It could be prepared in minutes,you may also add some extra flavours of fruits and mint in it to increase the taste.

  1. Boil water in a kettle and leave it for a few seconds to let it cool.

  3. Add two to three tea spoons of lemon juice to it.
  4. Grate some ginger and add it to the mixture.

How to make Green Tea with Milk

Adding milk to green tea is not a good idea the protein present in Milk does not work together with the antioxidants present in Green Tea.

It's suggested to consume green tea with water for best results.
